"Don't Understand" is the perspective of a passer-by encountering the main character, and he doesn't understand what the main character's wants from him, despite not disagreeing with him. The discussion becomes heated and ends in an argument where they dont listen to each other anymore. In the end, ape jewel$ hops on the track and gives his 2 cents on wanting to dance and letting no one take him down. Musically the song is a classic lo-fi Hip Hop Beat with some dynamic piano riffs.
